SWEAT. SOUL. SHINE.
what is a fuseformer class?
MOONCORE's signature fuseformer classes combine a classical reformer flow that strengthens & lengthens the body with a unique, full body apparatus — the Fuse Ladder. An evolution in Pilates, calisthenics, strength, balance, and barre training that offers limitless ways to move, the Fuse Ladder is a dynamic combination of a Pilates tower, Pilates springboard, stall bars, ballet barre, pull-up bars, suspension trainer, and weight machine...all-in-one. This 50-minute class is a high-energy & low impact workout that will fire up your powerhouse, making your body sweat and your soul shine.

THE METHOD
GROW YOUR PRACTICE
We strongly recommend that new students take the appropriate steps to get the most out of their Pilates practice and to stay safe. While Pilates is accessible for most, the reformer can surprise you in unexpected ways that can throw off your balance and challenge your body, even for the strongest students.
-
Take our complimentary Intro Class to get familiar with the basics.
-
Book a one-on-one session to hone in on alignment, learn your preferred spring load, and practice the foundational poses in a way that will support your advancement. Discount available for new students!
-
Support your equipment practice by establishing a strong mat Pilates foundation. Try our Unlimited Trial.
-
Please complete several fuseformer 1 classes before registering for level 1.5 if you do not have reformer experience. This is for your own benefit! Students who are new to the practice may feel left behind in these classes, which we never want.

CLASS FAQ
What's the class format?
All classes are 50-minutes long and include time on the Balanced Body Allegro Reformer and the Fuse Ladder.
What is the difference between a fuseformer 1 and fuseformer 1.5 class?
These designations indicate the level of the class. Classes tagged as "1" are open levels classes that are suitable for beginners, although they still may be challenging. More attention may be given to correct alignment and more extensive cuing may be offered if needed to support students.
Classes tagged as "1.5" are intermediate classes best suited for students with reformer experience. Please avoid these classes if you are new to the practice even if you consider yourself athletic and/or strong. This is more about understanding the machine and the baseline poses well enough to move fluidly through class without compromising safety.
fuseformer 1 (AM) and fuseformer 1.5 (AM) are the same as fuseformer 1 and fuseformer 1.5, but have an AM notation because they occur prior to 7a and have an earlier pre-registration requirement.
Where are classes held?
All classes are located at the Silverton Pink Moon Yoga & Wellness studio.
LATE ARRIVALS
We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. In order to provide a full schedule of both mat and equipment classes, some of our classes have as little as ten minutes between sessions. As a result, we're unable to make up lost time and it is unfair for other students to lose valuable class time. Please arrive at least five (5) minutes ahead of class time.
*Rush hour traffic in the Silverton area is extensive. If you are attending any classes beginning between 4:30p and 6:30p, you should account for additional travel time.*
