Join us at Shelter Cove Beach for a magical 60-minute all-levels Full Moon Flow welcoming the luminous light of May’s Full Flower Moon.
This special lunar event honors the blooming of flowers and the fullness of spring—a time of awakening, abundance, and renewal. It’s the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and set intentions under the open sky and rolling waves.
We’ll flow connect with the waters rhythm, and end with a calming moon meditation and crystal bowl savasana.
Expect fluid movement, long breaths, soft sand beneath your feet, and the sun & moon above as our guiding light.
All levels are welcome—this class is designed to be accessible and nourishing, whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned yogi.
